Shahla Farkhar is a finance and accounting professional who works as CEBA’s finance associate. Previously, she managed financial reporting, donor compliance, and operational efficiency across international programs at Chemonics. Throughout her tenure, she oversaw payroll for national and international staff, budgeting, and other tasks for complex USAID-funded projects.
Shahla also brings experience from UNDP, Women for Afghan Women, and the Microfinance Investment Support Facility for Afghanistan (MISFA). She holds a BBA and is currently pursuing her MBA and is excited to apply her expertise to support and advance CEBA’s global programs.
