Katie Kuhn is an associate on CEBA’s Energy Transactions team, where she develops and manages educational programming, resources, and stakeholder engagement initiatives that help members navigate clean energy procurement and evolving market trends. Her work spans a range of emerging topics shaping the clean energy landscape, including data centers and clean firm energy solutions, and focuses on convening stakeholders, facilitating dialogue, and translating complex developments into practical insights for members.
Before joining CEBA in 2023, Katie spent three years as a legislative analyst at Applied Research Associates (ARA), where she managed relationships with federal legislators and secured congressionally appropriated funding for critical research, engineering, and development programs. Prior to ARA, Katie supported the government relations team at MacAndrews & Forbes.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College.
