Bryce Causey is a manager of Government Affairs at CEBA, where he brings his experience in federal advocacy and legislative strategy to strengthen relationships on Capitol Hill and advance policies that accelerate clean energy deployment.
Bryce brings more than seven years of experience in government affairs and public policy, spanning Congress, the Executive Branch, and the nonprofit and private sectors. Most recently, Bryce served as Manager of Federal Government Affairs at ASHRAE, where he led federal advocacy efforts on energy efficiency, building decarbonization, grid resilience, and emerging technologies. Earlier in his career, Bryce served as a Policy Advisor at the U.S. General Services Administration in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. He previously spent more than three years as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, working on a range of legislative issues and advancing several bipartisan initiatives. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy & Planning from Virginia Tech.
