Richard England is CEBA’s vice president of Government Affairs. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in energy policy and government relations and previously served as CEBA’s Senior Director of Government Affairs.
Prior to joining CEBA, Rich led U.S. government affairs for an energy development subsidiary of the global infrastructure investor Macquarie Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Government Affairs at the National Ocean Industries Association, where he helped shape oil, gas, and renewable energy policy.
Before entering the private sector, Rich served in the U.S. House of Representatives, rising to Deputy Chief of Staff for a senior member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. In that role, he led bipartisan legislative initiatives and managed teams of policy professionals.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University.
