Leigh’s Bio

Leigh Yeatts is Manager, Utility Partnerships and Innovation at CEBA, working to identify areas of collaboration and partnership with utilities serving growing large loads to accelerate the deployment of clean customer programs. Before joining CEBA, she served as Manager, Educational Programs for the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) where she developed and delivered education for utilities and their partners. Prior to SEPA she worked to advance policy priorities for the mid-Atlantic solar energy industry at the Chesapeake Solar and Storage Association (CHESSA). She received a B.A. in Environmental and Sustainability Studies and a Masters in Public Policy from George Mason University and is a Fellow with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI).
